About Moroccan Dinosaurs
Morocco was once home to some of the most fearsome and fascinating dinosaurs to ever walk the Earth. During the Cretaceous Period, this region was a lush, river-filled landscape teeming with massive predators and other prehistoric life.
- Spinosaurus – The largest known carnivorous dinosaur, with a crocodile-like snout and possible semi-aquatic lifestyle.
- Carcharodontosaurus – A fierce theropod with blade-like teeth, often compared to T. rex in size and power.
- Deltadromeus – A fast, lightly built predator known for its long legs and agility.
- Ouranosaurus – A sail-backed herbivore, possibly used for temperature regulation or display.
- Rebbachisaurus – A long-necked sauropod, part of a group of plant-eaters unique to Africa.
